Our business, check, credit, warranty, and refund policies.

  • We accept checks from existing customers.
  • Checks from new Pioneer accounts will require a three day period for clearance before any product is released, at our discretion.
  • Out of state checks from new Pioneer accounts may need additional time for clearance.
  • Checks, money orders, bank drafts, and certified checks MUST be made out for the exact amount.
  • Should your check be returned for insufficient funds, you expressly authorize your account to be electronically debited or bank drafted for the amount of the check plus any applicable fees.
  • The use of a check is your acknowledgement and acceptance of our policy and its terms and conditions.
  • We use checXchange (www.checXchange.com) for administration of returned checks.
  • Any money orders, drafts, etc. will not be accepted for more than the amount of sale.
  • Please know that we keep our prices low by not allowing fraudulent transactions.
  • We are aware of numerous scams, and will not release vehicles or product until our bank is ABSOLUTELY certain that the payment is good.
  • We do not accept credit cards or PayPal without discussion in advance. These services add a significant percentage to the cost of doing business, as they rely mainly on a % of the sale. With large sales like we make, the transaction fees to a Credit Card processor or to PayPal can exceed several hundred dollars. In most cases, this several hundred dollar fee is much more than our entire profit on the sale. Please discuss this with us first.
  • We can accept cash.
  • Some of the products we sell and install are covered by manufacturer's warranties. Each manufacturer has their own policies, should a warranty claim arise, and we will direct any inquiries to the manufacturer. We would be happy to assist the customer in their warranty claim by providing manufacturer addresses, phones, and weblinks. We can provide duplicates of existing paperwork to the purchaser, to make their warranty claims with the manufacturer proceed more rapidly and smoothly.
  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, Pioneer Conversions does not offer direct warranties. (Where Pioneer becomes the agent in the warranty.)
